Now that this whole Intel thing is in, will I be able to put OS X on my windows laptop?

From that, can I assume that Intel will be making special chip sets for Apple, or Apple will continue to include the their ROM chip in each system.

i was going to ask this question as well, good answers and im glad there wont be any ugly boxs running osx.

Yeah like I mentioned in another thread I am 95% certain that they will be using Intel's processor while using a modified/proprietory motherboard by Apple. You will only be able to run OS X on Apple's boxes. Im very tempted to buy stock in about a year when they start releasing Mactel boxes.. Im sure stock prices will go down quite a bit until then, but then shoot back up around that time.
