I'll start... I went for a cross between pimp-daddy Steve and the grittier not-quite-matrix Steve. (Biker Steve just seems wrong on too many levels.)

I dont know how to save it, but I made 2 versions.

Command + Shift + 4 will turn your cursor into cross hairs, drag the cross hairs over the Steve. That will make a image file on your desktop, but be sure to resize it, if it is too big.
