what should I get ?

I just got my new Macbook pro a few days ago and am wodering what image editing software I could get ?

I used Macromedia Fireworks on my old lappy, so looking for something similar to this ?

I haven't tried Fireworks so can't compare, but I have been using Aperture 3 and I am really happy with it.

Are you sure you want image editing software? Because FW is more along the lines of graphics and web design.

You can get it for Apple though if you want.
