The first line in my post said I agreed with DaFlake. He said it looked like a Digital Television Antenna. I have seen some very much like that for the new Digital TV boxes that replaced on air Analog TV.

hey two things, you can always ask your neighbor what make and model it is and it's a tv antenna to be exact just don't know which.
