"Trust Certificate" issue

The little window that used to pop up with a Trust Certificate verification no longer does and I can't use upload features on certain sites. Does anybody know how to correct or check this out?

When I go to Photobucket.com and try to use the "bulk" uploader, the files on my computer never load (like they used to) and eventually the PB site just tells me that the computer is not launching a "trust ceretificate" to verify that I am allowing the Photobucket uploader feature to access my computer. Why this suddenly has happened I don't know.

Because you are blocking popups. Temporarily disable both any ad-blocking software you're using, as well as ClickToFlash if you're using that, AND Safari's built-in pop-up blocker, relaunch and try again.
