I have a misbehaving DVD in the Superdrive. When I try to eject it, with with the keyboard, the mouse, or the Disk Utility, instead of ejecting, it creates a copy of itself on the desktop, called name2, name3, etc. Any help?

Turn the MacBook so that the Superdrive is facing downwards into open space (off the edge of a table perhaps.

Start up the mac holding the mouse key down, and hope gravity will do the rest.

i don't think you really need to face it downwards though..i had a problem with that before and I just held the trackpad for a while. While I was booting
