Pixels Question

How do you take this and make it 100 X 100? Or is it even possible?

iZoom. Its an app that allows you to resize ur image. Once you have downloaded the program, open it and drag your image inside. define the required resolution (100 x 100 in this case) and resize the image with the given slider. Save it and ur done.

Im hoping you mean that its 75 pixels wide, and not that he width of the pixel is somehow 75, but that image wont be a perfect 100x100, the closest you can get will be pretty small, unless it doesn't matter to you if it stays in proportion.

I'm trying to make this fit on ichat(aim icon but **** if I can figure it out. Looks to small to make out. I hesitate to go with third party software, just yet. I have too figure out what i have first
What I'd really like to do is make it with a patriotic theme......... red,white and blue somehow
