I'm fairly certain my grandpa used to. It looks very familiar like I've seen it at his house when I was younger. He was a bit of a pack rat so it wouldn't surprise me if it was still somewhere in his house.

I think my grandmas has one of those laying around in her basement but I'm not sure. I might have to go look. I'm assuming there weren't a lot made as I have only seen 1 in my lifetime.

Yes I do and connect it up to an LC running OS 7.0.1. The Apple camera dates back to the early 1990's. Mine is a QuickTake 200 which connects to the LC via serial connectors:-

I used to have a QuickTake 100. Pretty cool camera, held something like 12 pictures at a time and no way to view them until you downloaded them. No removable or upgradeable storage either.
