"detecting video" message ?

Hi,

One of my favourite sites is a well known Cam-to-Cam site (I'm guessing I shouldn't say the full website name here but the number '4' is in the title hint hint)

Anyway, when I try to broadcast my own Cam it just says "Detecting Video" then doesn't progress any further - ie, I can't broadcast. I started iChat too first and could see my image fine. I've also previously done ichat with a colleague quite easily. Is it perhaps something to do with 'Flash'

I'm on a MacbookPro with 4Gb Ram and loadsa disk space. I
