Please do not kill me lol I searched the forum but either I did not find anything, or I am a bad searcher...I read there is a way in OS X to see your system usage (resources) in real time, through Utilities, but I do not see Utilities anywhere thanks...*ducks*

Finder -> Applications-> Utilities -> Activity Monitor

Or.

Top right corner. click spotlight and type activity.
