Hate technology? Not really. But it is tempting. Today I went to Costco and bought a 5 unit set of those cordless phones for home. These were made by Panasonic. When I opened the box I discovered that there are 3 different phones. 1 white, one with silver trim a larger screen and a 4 way joystick, and 3 black ones with rocker switches. I spent about 10 minutes thumbing through the user manual trying to find out why there are 3 different phones in the set. No luck. But I did see how jumbled up and incomprehensibly complex the instructions are. I got so discouraged that I put the instructions down and just started hooking up the phones. They're all charging now. Tomorrow I'll tackle the instructions again. Tonight I just don't have the will power to force myself to do it. Why must something as simple as a telephone have to be so complicated! :Angry-Tongue:

Sounds to me like they just threw a load of spare phones in a box!
Check the model number online, to see what Panasonic's website shows them to look like.

Where were the phones made? I bet those instructions are full of grammatical mistakes and worse. Good luck!
