Please Help !!!!

Hey Guys Ive just got the new imac for christmas and i have never used an imac before as ive always used a PC, i was just wondering wat the macs verison of ctrl alt del is ??

also if any one plays on football manager 2010 then do u know y the graphics are weird wen im watching the game, on my PC the players arms and legs would move but on my imac the players are stiff and dont move their arms and legs, its like watching someone play on a foosball table lol if u could help it would be great

Also any other useful information would be greatly appreciated

what do you need ctrl alt del for?

i only need it because sometimes things im trying to load will freeze and i cant get it to shut down with out restarting my mac

Go into the Menu Bar, select the Apple icon and hit Force Quit. A list of open Apps appears and select the item you wish to quit.

what about wen im playing a game and i cant got to the apple icon ???
