If I put all the slecs on the highest on both if these machines, which would be faster?

Well physics would dictate if you dropped both of them out of your flat window at the same time they would fall at equal speeds towards the earth.
I believe you may want to inquire on usability and longevity of each of those machines. Apples tend to have a much longer lifespan before deemed out of date, unlike the PC world.

Besides, it really depends on your usage. If you're just browsing the internet and checking email, who cares which is faster? However if you're a computer gamer I would suggest sticking with a PC.

Depends on what you are doing...

The Alienware isn't going to be worth the price tag.
