Easiest way to share photos using multiple accounts

Mac newbie so please bare with me. I, my wife, and two sons all have separate accounts on our iMac. What is the easiest way to gain access to their iPhoto pics from within my account?? I'm working on a new calender and find myself logging out and into the other accounts to look for pics. Thanks for your time.

Well, if you want to share all your pics together, just change the directory default of iPhoto to the Public folder. Then, copy/paste all of them over.
