Magic Mouse: Multi Touch Problem?

In safari, I have got used to swiping the Magic Mouse to go back and forward a page. Today it has just stopped working. Scrolling still works fine on it. Any ideas?

Does it work in other applications should such Finder and iPhoto? Repair disk permissions and then see what happens from there.

That happened to me the other day on my iMac G5. A simple restart of the computer and all is fine and continues to be. If you have not tried that, give it a try and let us know what happens.

When it was still not working I tried the mouse on my C2D Intel Mini and it worked fine but not on the iMac till a reboot.

I recall that happened to me too. I turned the mouse off, then on again. Everything has been fine since.

I restarted it, and still nothing. But today I have come back on it and all is well! It's fine again now. But to answer your question, it wasn't working in any other application either. Thanks a lot for your answers though.
