I've tried this with both vista 64 and windows xp neither one will install the drivers off the "Macbook Mac OS X Install Disc 1." Neither autoplay it, and when i explore the disc I can't find any contents on the CD. It's very frustrating and Bootcamp assistant has not given me any options to create drivers either.

Any thoughts?

What kind of Mac OS X install disk are you using? Boot Camp drivers are always on the first DVD. The second contains OS X programs. If it doesn't autoplay, you should be able to find the Windows executable file (setup.exe) and double click it to start the install.

Regards.

I'm having similar problems. Do the drivers not install of of the OS X 10.4 disks? Perhaps that is the original poster's problem as well. I see that bootcamp says you need 10.5 - is there a possible work around?

There are no drivers on the 10.4 discs. BootCamp was introduced with 10.5.

It only came out as a beta during Tiger and was never included on those discs.
