windows has crashed and I do not know how to shut down/restart it in VMWare Fusion

If someone can help me with this that would be AWESOME!

windows has crashed and I do not know how to shut it down to restart it within VMWare Fusion all I have is the blue screen of death and crash text... if I exit it just suspends the current state...

Thanks in advance for any advice... I tried registering over at VMWare and kept having problems.

With the virtual machine running (i.e. NOT suspended or paused), click the Virtual Machine menu and then choose "Shut Down". That should power down the virtual machine.
