Howdy all, new(ish) member here. I had an old log in a couple or so years back, needed help figuring out if I should "switch" or not from Windows to Mac.

Well, I did thanks to ya'lls helpful comments. And I can't be happier. First piece of kit I owned was the Powerbook G4. After that, I was hooked on Apple. ;D

I've also got a question, but that'll be posted a later in it's appropriate forum.

Anyways, thanks for the view!

Nice article but I think I've got most of the bases covered. I've been using OS X for some time now. ;) But I'm sure I got tons left to learn.

Thanks for the welcome!

i tend to bookmark stuff like that in the hope that it will eventually end up with someone who needs it. Perhaps you know of a deserving/struggling recipient.

Welcome, hopefully you'll stick around. I see myself and SureMac getting up there in the posts and it's like, "wow... are there other people slightly newer than we are that are posting all the time? I dunno!" So hopefully you'll stick around, chat, make snide comments with us, and get that post count over 1000! (I'm still working on it myself). Anyway, welcome! Huzzah!
