backing up HD

I would like to back up my hard drive (single 80gig for powerbook) before I upgrade from Jaguar to Tiger. What are my options? is there a built in program within Jaguar that i can back up my HD with?

Your Mac's Specs
MacBook
When you get Tiger, you can always use the "Archive and Install" option. This will keep your previous items intact.
