I've noticed that when i go into finder and select all images that i see alot of pics from websites i've been to. I don't save these pics there just there. I'm guessing its some kind of cookie for safari. I was wondering if there was a way to disable this, so it doesnt save the pics.

Sounds like you're looking at Safari's cache, which all browsers will do. If you don't want it to cache images, switch Safari to Private Browsing mode in the Safari menu.
