Try using a combination of "Cmd" with the arrow keys.

One cool feature is that using "alt" with arrow keys can move the cursor by one word..

Home and End keys - Command+Arrow keys.
Page Up - Shift+Space.
Page Down - Space.

I don't know of any page up or page down keys for programs like Word though. In other words, the page up and page down key combos do not work in all apps. Someone else may know though.

Thanks for the info I was pulling my hair out because FCE use this command and I was looking my keyboard on my MBP and couldn't find it. Thanks again :)
