iTunes weird Menu

Every time I startup iTunes since upgrading, I keep getting this dialogue box that says

"MENU EXTRA COULD NOT LOAD" For instructions on enabling third-party menu extras please see the documentation"

There's no documentation though, and I can't get rid of it.

Any idea what this thing is.
