how i can move between my internet window without moving another

Hi guys, was just wondering how i can move between my internet browser window and say a word document i have opened without moving the windows about to click on the other? :confused:

Try Command-Tab. Hold down Command and tap Tab to cycle though all the open applications.

And if you have multiple windows of the same application open (multitple Word docs, multiple emails being composed at the same time), Command-` will cycle through all the windows within the same application.
