Dual monitors with lightroom

hi guys, ive got my macbook connected to my tv now so i can have dual monitors. this is particulary helpful with lightroom. how ever my second screen (one on the telly) the lightroom window is slightly stretched. cant see the zoom options bottom right and the pic is slightly stretched. any one know how to rectify this?

You need to tell people what the connection type is; RCA, S-Video, VGA, DVI, HDMI?

You could go into the System Preferences and into the monitor section to see if there is some setting you can muck around with.

I've not worked with a TV as an external monitor before but have you set it to run at its native resolution?
