I emailed my host asking what my Database name, username and password were and they said that I need to email them back with what I want them to be..

So.. not wanting to sound like a complete moron, what should my Database be called? What should my username be? password, well, I can handle that.

Who is your host? They only allow you one database? And they want you to communicate passwords via e-mail for it?
