How to install Windows?

I done a search on previous threads and I have found nothing which is clear to me but I assume this has be covered before. I'm after a 'how to guide' that explains where I start and how I get Windows on my machine.

I assume this has be covered before but perhaps I'm not using the correct search terms.

Each one of the options listed will have detailed installation instructions, all you need to do is choose which method works best for you.
The instructions are far too lengthy to list in a thread here, so you'll have to choose your method and then use the directions supplied by the software of your choice.
