Is there anyway that I can hook up my xbox 360 to my new 13" macbook pro's display without using a separate monitor? I've seen ways to do it with an external monitor but I'm still confused if its possible without one.

Thanks

To my knowledge, it is not possible with any lcd display that is already built-in on a laptop/macbook.

This was my question, too. I have a Uni, a Mini Display Port-to-HDMI converter cable and HDMI cable. I would think it would be possible, but maybe I'm missing something?

Missing something - As in that port on your notebooks are "video out" ports, not "video in" ports.

To do what you want will require a video capture device. Most often recommended on the Mac are the ElGato devices, although there are others. You will experience lag. I don't believe any of the ones that have tried it with games would advise it.
