need a program to save photos

I'm looking for a third party software to retrieve my photos from my ipod photo.I can't get them back to my computer(where the originals were erased) i hadn't checked a full resolution tab which i believe means i cannot drag them back.HELP!Tried everything i can think of.Any help greatly appreciated.Edzz

if you have access to a pc mount your pod as an external drive and open it up as a drive on select all using ctrl-a and right click properties show all files and i assume it should work with photos it does with music but you will have to save all your pics to the pc and copy them back in a seporate folder i think that shold work i emphasise think! it should do lol
