I color code my messages a lot.
Mostly when i get quotes from my suppliers it immediately gets color coded.
I noticed that to give Command+Shift+C was ok - but after that to go to the color pallete .. and click on the color ... is time consuming..
Can i set up a shortcut key (even if its just for 1 color ... say, yellow).?
How can i set up a keyboard shortcut so that i just press a few keys and the message is coded yellow (WITHOUT HAVING TO TOUCH THE MOUSE)?
