Security suite recommendation

I have a Macbook. My wife has a Windows PC. Her current security suite is Bitdefender. Bitdefender will not allow my Macbook to join my wife's Windows PC network. Bitdefender's tech support told me that Bitdefender will not allow a Mac to join the network of a Windows PC when Bitdefender is installed on the Windows PC.

My wife is not open to the idea of changing from Windows to a Mac.

Can someone recommend a security suite for my wife's Windows PC that will allow my Macbook to be part of its network?
