We want to put our VMs for VMWare Fusion in a location so that when we build a new profile on the Mac, they can access that VM.

Would the shared folder be an appropriate place to do this? Is there any reason why we would not want to put our VMs there?

I don't know whether or not that will confuse Fusion since it defaults to its own file\folder structure. I guess you can always share the default Fusion folder as an alternative. You might want to post the same question in the Fusion community forums before trying it.

Regards.
