Hi there,
Just a quick question about something I'm trying to do at work. I trying to install an application called IBM Rational Portfolio Manager on my manager's PC, but every time I run it using the default settings, it just hangs on "Updating system..." I have tried leaving it for 4 hours and it still no luck. No errors, nothing. It just sits there.
My manager is a local administrator on her computer, and I have a domain administrator account. The same problem occurs for both accounts.
Any ideas what might be causing this MSI package to freeze?
