Viewing Event/Error Log in OS9?

Your Mac's Specs
500 MHz Graphite G3, 600 MHz Imac, 350 MHz G3
Does OS 9 have an event/error log equivalent to Linux's dmesg or Windows' Event Viewer?

It would be very helpful to find the cause behind a problem I'm having with IE.

Whats the problem with IE. You may need the last update for OS9 before Microsoft pulled the plug on OS9. I stoped useing it, theres too many sites it no longer works on. Moved to Netscape,Opera and Icab.
