My apologies if a solution has been posted elsewhere; I've searched but to no avail.
My problem:
I would like to create a home network between an iMAC running OSX Leopard with a PC running Vista (ack!) using a wired DLink router. At the moment we are sharing our internet using the router, but I would like to be able to share a printer and some folders using a home network.
(I switched routers from a wireless LinkSys, not a fan of their service, and noticed our connection speed seemed slower as well)
I have no idea on how to start, so if anyone can help or point me in the direction of a simple tutorial...much appreciated!
