Done know if anyone has ever used this before but i just found it surfing TUAW -- The Unofficial Apple Weblog (http://www.tuaw.com) looks very useful.
AppZapper - The uninstaller Apple forgot. (http://www.appzapper.com/)

I'm a fan of AppCleaner (http://www.freemacsoft.net/AppCleaner/). I use it and enabled SmartDelete. Now, I can simply move apps to the trash and it will move the unused files with it (assuming I give it the ok to do so). This way, I don't have to open the application to uninstall anything.

+1 for AppCleaner. Works really well in finding and removing all associated files with an application..

AppCleaner user also! Freeware which seems to do the exact same thing you have to pay for with app zapper.

I use AppTrap. Little older, but it still works great! Runs in the background and monitors your trashcan. When you drop an application into the trash the window will pop up and ask you if you want to delete the other files linked to the app. You can click yes or cancel. I prefer it because you don't have to open an application to delete an application, like you do with Appcleaner and AppZapper.
