So, I have my external HDD connected to my Extreme and use it fine wirelessly via my Mac.

However, how do I grant access to my XP machine?

Do I have to install something on my Windows machine? Can I merely grant access via Airport Utilities?

You should be able to browse for the HDD on XP. If you set a password, you should be prompted to enter it. I'm not at home, but I know it works. I did it yesterday.

I have granted permission to read & write via Airport Utilities using the Mac.

I am connected to the Airport Express wireless network and not someone else's.

Here is a screen shot of My Computer, which does not see the external HDD.

Any advice?

Edit: I forgot to mention. The eHDD is formatted as FAT32 and I have used it with both the Mac and PC with the USB cable. I just wish to have access to the files wirelessly so I can hide the eHDD away.

Does anyone know how to do this?

I haven't been able to come up with any help on the Internet or other forums.
