Unable to remove this icon in my menuspace

Help, i found this icon in my menuspace. It's not possible to remove it, do anyone knew what this icon means? Is this a virus?

did you try holding down command and then dragging it off? also check your login items in system preferences to see if it is listed there.

blue S reminds me of skype icon, however, i'm a 2 day convert so i don't even trust myself yet...lol
