port forwarding time capsule

I`ve been trying to figure out port forwarding and still can`t get it. I`ve enter TC thru Airport Utility and clicked on manual setup and don`t know where I need to go and what settings I need t do. Any help would be great.THANKS

iMac Core i5(3.6 GHz) 8 GB RAM, MBP C2Duo(2.4 GHz) 4 GB RAM, MB C2Duo(2.4 GHz) 2 GB RAM
Open airport utility, select the time capsule, and hit manual setup. Now at the top you should see a few options, like airport, internet, printers, disks, and advanced. Go to advanced and you'll see a tab for port mapping. Port mapping is the same as port forwarding. So just select a port, and input the ip address you want it to go to.
