Different OS Language for Each User??

Hello All,

I've always been a PC user but got hooked by the iPhone's dominance in the SmartPhone world... Now i want to look deeper into a Mac.

I plan to buy my wife a Mac and play around before i make the "Switch"
She is Japanese and would prefer to have the Japanese OS(menu,etc..) and Keyboard. I'm not worried about the Keyboard as it has both Roman and Japanese alphabets. My only real question now is...

Can i set up a different OS language for each user?

I would like to have english Menu for my user profile while she will have Japanese... is this possible?

Working with Multiple Languages

Note that there will be exceptions to what it has multiple language support for. Even if the apps that come with OS X are multi-language, if you install some app that isn't, it will only use the language it knows. It can't take an english-only application and make it Japanese, for example.
