Hello all, i'm a web developer who has used Xp/Vista FireFox for a long time now. 2 of the areas im in most frequently are the database side i.e. phpMyAdmin and the addon, FireFTP. i have 2 questions.

1. how come when using the tab key to tab around forms, the tab skips over select dropdowns and the submit button!? it just pretends like they arent elements at all.

2. how come when attempting to create a new directory via fireFTP the shortcut disconnects me instead??

the shortcut is like #+D (except # is the mac thing that looks like that. the command key i believe...)

but if i do the new file command (#+N) it works right away!

how is that possible
i can right click and clearly see that that is the way to create a new dir/file.

Thanks in advance!

1. Try System Preferences > Keyboard & Mouse > Keyboard Shortcuts > select "All Controls" at the bottom.

2. My guess is that would be a FireFTP issue and not a Mac issue. Try getting a different version.
