How do you go up a folder??

Macbook aluminium 2,4ghz 2gb ram 250gb hdd and enlightened keyboard
In windows, lets say im in a folder2 that is INSIDE folder1...
I want to access folder1 fast and easy, so i press the Go up a folder...

It doesnt exist in mac???

Also,
when I attach a file to an email, the little finder window that opens to select the file... I cant right click on it to press ''edit'' or preview...:[

Is there any way to do it?
Or they just didnt put it.. I dont know why

Hi there. The best way is to click the back button (the little left-pointing arrow) in the Finder window.

Attaching files...Ctrl and Click will act like a right click. There's not really a preview per say (except for cover flow), but you can select open if you want.

Sure it does. CMD-UP ARROW

There's a 3rd-party utility that will do this, if I recall correctly. I'll see if I can dig it up.

Also in View from the Menubar you can check Show Path Bar and it will show you the complete path at the bottom of a Window. You can click on where you want to go back to.

Also you can customize Toolbar also from View and add a button called Path and select from there.

In the Finder, Command-Click on the title at the top center of a window. You'll see the whole path and can click on any of those names to move immediately to that path position.
