Mac OS Supplied

Hi,

I have just bought a new Imac Computer and I don't seem to have been given an operating system cd. Should I have got one?

Obviously when I first use the computer the operating system is already installed but what about for future use....

It should have come with recovery discs which will reload the OS. They are typically grey in color.

If you do not have said discs, I would immediately contact wherever you bought the Mac from and let them know. They are kind of important to have.

The disks should be in a black envelope / wallet that comes inside the packaging
