Hi, I had a Sound Studio file that I wanted to attach to an email but just as a test, I sent it to myself, and when I opened it, the attachment didn't work.

Why?...

Some apps store their files as "packages" that are really a bunch of folders. You might want to zip the file first and then send it to yourself.

I tried to save it as zip but it didn't have that option.

You don't save it as a zip. You create a zip archive with a program such as StuffIt.

Except that it may say "Compress" instead of "Create Archive" when you right click on the files.

btw Eric, awesome site! Snarky but subtle.

No, I mean I can't find where you can have it link to a specific page like you did, Eric. When I do it, it just links to the search results page.

And I have googled for an answer!
