Hi,
I can't figure out how to copy text and footnotes together in Office Word for Mac (2008). When I copy text with footnotes from one part of a document, in order to move it to another part, I can paste the text, but not the footnotes. This was not a problem in Word for Windows. Does anyone know the solution?
Thanks!
JFS3

PS I'm running Mac OSX v. 10.5.5.

You're right. I just tried it and it definitely will not paste the footnotes again, however, it does paste the text. I don't know whether this is by design or not and to tell the truth I don't know if it does the same thing in Word 2007. I will try it in Word 2007 when I get a chance. Neither of my Windows machines is handy right now to test it.

It seems to treat the footnotes the same as endnotes (which should only appear once at the end of the document).

Regards.
