I'm having a real issue. I've looked this up countless times on google. Everytime I open Itunes, the menu comes up and I can't close it unless I force quit it. I've searched everywhere on my macbook for anyfile pertaining to that program and can't find any. Anyone know how to get rid of it? Help! Help!!

You can always uninstall iTunes (uninstall it with AppCleaner or App Zapper to get rid of any associated files) and download it again from the Apple site. You might also want to check software update to make sure the newest version of iTunes is working optimally with your computer. I was just notified today of a software update pertaining to iTunes.

Delete the VolumeLogic plugin

You can find it in the root Library, not the user Library

Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/HAL/VolumeLogic.plugin
