Hi has anyone had problems with M4v files DL'd from itunes after installing perian (don't know if its the cause just that its the only codec i've added recently), i now can't get them to play just quits my apps (QT itunes + front row) allthough it could be another codec causing the problem, anyone any ideas ? Apple were no help though they did give me 2 free DL's for Itunes.

If the problem did start happening after you installed Perian, have you tried removing Perian to see if the problem persists?
yeah had no effect, the only other recently updated one is the EYE TV codec removed them both and re-installed but no joy
