download?? dictionary

i have a question..

okay, so you know how the mac comes with a dictionary that doesn't require internet to run, right? is there a download for a french english one that doesn't need the internet, because if anyone knows where to download one, that would be awesome, but it has to run without internet.

Are you talking about a dictionary for the whole OS or for something like Firefox?
