How do I make a new thread in the Buy/Sell forum?

Do I need to become a premium member, or just increase my post count?

Right, understood. And what are those amounts? Not that this matters at this point, but I have a reputation thread at the Headfi forums, which hopefully will mean something once I can post in here. Are premium mebers able to post there immediately?
