Task Manager

Hi,

Anyone familiar with Windows will be familiar with Task Manager. It is a utility which displays all the current info about your machine - including CPU performance, RAM performance, exactly what is running in the system at any given time.
I found this useful many times, especially with demanding programs and it allowed me to configure my machine to my needs.

Is there an equivalent utility on OS X?
