File in library named "Lockdown"

i keep deleting this file and it pops back up several seconds or minutes later. what is it? help me please.

Your Mac's Specs
Macbook 2.0ghz, Macbook 2.2ghz, eMac G4 1.07ghz, PowerMac G4 Digital Audio.
Are you referring to a folder called "lockdown" under library? This is a valid folder. It contains a file information for mobile devices that the computer is associated to...don't delete it :) Why are you playing around in Library?
